Typically the residential element has a more commercial focus with greater emphasis on the sales market and the profitability of the scheme. Alongside this focus, JOED adds experience to the long term management issues, with knowledge on how multiple uses can run side by side successfully, with M&E, servicing, maintenance and future management of utmost importance.
